Refund Policy
At Wanderlust LA, I understand that plans can change. My goal is always to work with you to find the best solution. As a small business owner, my time and resources are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible. Here’s my refund policy to help us both have clear expectations:
Cancellations Made 7 Days Before the Tour Date:
Full refund available. You’ll receive your payment back, minus any processing fees charged by payment platforms (e.g., PayPal).
Cancellations Made Between 3 to 6 Days Before the Tour Date:
50% refund. Alternatively, you can reschedule your tour to another date within 6 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Tour Date:
No refund, as I’ve already committed time and resources to your booking. However, I’ll do my best to work with you on rescheduling options, where possible.
No Shows or Day-of Cancellations:
Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling options are available for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Tour Changes or Rescheduling:
If you need to change your tour date, please contact me as soon as possible. I’m flexible and will do my best to adjust to your needs.
Special Circumstances:
I understand life happens! If you have an emergency or special situation, reach out to me directly, and we’ll discuss options.
